# Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers CTC Finder's paid listing plans (Verified, Featured and Featured+). Listing your business is always free.

## Cancelling

Plans are monthly subscriptions. Email hello@ctcfinder.com from the address you signed up with to cancel. Your paid features stay live until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

## Refunds

- **First payment:** if you change your mind, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- **Not delivered:** if your paid features are not live within 2 business days of payment, or we cannot deliver them, you get a full refund for that period.
- **Removed by us:** if we remove a paid listing for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of the period.
- **Otherwise:** later monthly payments are not refunded for partial months, but you can cancel at any time.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

## How to ask

Email hello@ctcfinder.com with your business name and the email used for payment. We reply within two business days.
